    T.J. was my contractor for my whole home renovation. My experience with him was phenomenal. Renovations can be very trying but he took the headache out of the process. He was honest, professional, reliable and responsible. His attention to detail was remarkable. He took great pride in his work and in ensuring my satisfaction. I am overjoyed with the end results.     Their communication is amazing- communicate every day and in person a lot. You know every day what is being done that day. Their details in their process made our remodel of 3 bathrooms go more smoothly than expected. And we love our 3 remodeled bathrooms. See more See less

    I wish I could give Volunteer State Builders 100 stars. I've worked with contractors and builders before and have never had an experience as pleasant and efficient as working with TJ and Taylor. They are both skilled, thoughtful, and diligent, and made sure both the big and little things went right. One of the ways they impressed far beyond my past experiences was their response to my questions or when I asked for some modification of the work that had been done. Previously, I've had contractors clamp down and get really defensive and insinuate that the work is fine and my expectations are the problem. Not TJ and Taylor. They listened, they problem solved, and they resolved any small issues that arose. On top of them both being excellent at their jobs, they're really great people and I always looked forward to when they would stop by. I would 100% absolutely work with them in the future and would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone who needs any work done. Thank you, TJ and Taylor, for all of your work, thoughtfulness, and diligence. It's beyond appreciated! See more See less

    I could not be happier with TJ and Volunteer State Builders. I purchase a large home and property needing quite a bit of work. All of the sub contractors he sent were professional and top tier work. Both TJ and Taylor were at my property overseeing all the work to make sure everything ran smoothly. Which it did!     We had a very good experience working with TJ and Taylor from Volunteer State Builders on our bathroom remodel. The project was finished when promised. We also appreciated the communication through the remodel and the almost daily visits to inspect the work done. We will use them again for any remodel work we need done. See more See less

    TJ was an amazing contractor to work with. We had our kitchen remodeled and he lead the charge with constant communication. He listened to our wants and gave us options that would fit our budget as well as our aesthetic hopes. We had some set backs because of various schedules, but he had our full confidence throughout the process. The subcontractors he works with are incredibly skilled.     I had TJ and his crew work on some drywall and trim work in our kitchen/living room area. They were punctual, fast, and very detailed oriented. Very happy with the final result. I will 100% be using them again on any future house projects. See more See less

If you are looking for a builder that gives his everything and makes you his number one priority then VSB is the company for you.
